Zoning board of appeals

The ZBA consists of 3 members appointed by the Supervisor subject to the approval of the Township Board. All members must be qualified elector of the township. The purpose of the ZBA (Zoning Board of Appeals) is to hear appeals to the decision of the Planning Commission, or the Zoning Administrator. The decision of the ZBA may be appealed thru the County Court process.
