Clerk

 The duties of the Clerks are to keep the records of the township including meeting minutes, financial records, budgets, and contracts, ordinances, resolutions, Chairman of the Election Commission, Sexton of the Cemeteries and (FOIA) Freedom of Information Coordinator for the Township. Township documents and records are public record and available for inspection according to Michigan law.
